Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Our rates include guide service, all meals once in camp; horses and pack mules; and group equipment. There are additional fees for license and permits as specified on our license page, meat processing, shipping, and taxidermy. We require a 50% deposit to reserve space for you on our trip. If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded to you if we can fill your space with another guest.
Deposits may be applied to a trip for one season following the season of cancellation. We accept personal checks or money orders for deposits and balances.
We recommend that you consider trip insurance for all of our overnight adventures.
Upon reserving a trip we will send you a suggested clothing and equipment checklist, and a questionnaire pertaining to your trip.
